Label 'The Hero'

Sometimes
I dream of breaking
And shattering into pieces
And even fracturing

All this time
When I try to fall
There are some people
Who want it to stall

Every time I break
And I sink into the night
These people don't stop
Trying to show me light

One day I got fed up
And said them to hold
I saved them from caring
Well, this is what I told

"How hard you try
Its always difficult to grow
To find light after darkness
To first cry and then again hope
How hard I try
I can never be the hero"

They said
"Yeah it is difficult and unbearable
It is really tough
And the process is vulnerable
But that is the point
That special label
'The Hero' is given to only those
Who are able
Able to cross this
Even if the pain is inevitable"

Those expressions
Those terms
And those definitions

It made me wake up
A new leaf turned
And I understood
That the hero is not the unburned
But the one
Who recovered from that burn
